Production TypeScript since 2020: Vue and Nuxt up front, Node and PHP behind, Postgres and Redis at the bottom; auth, queues and rate limiting in between. Shipping behind Cloudflare and Nginx with CI/CD, measured with GA4 and PostHog, on an AI-augmented workflow wired through MCP servers.

Shipping commercially since 2020. 6 years of production codebases, no formal degree by design - the work is the resume.

I own web and SaaS products front to back, working with small product teams. Most projects start as a blank Figma file and ship to production: feature work across the stack, integrations, deployment, and the long tail of polish.

Any AI output is a junior dev's draft: I review, test, and clean it before it reaches main. The model writes faster; the judgment about what to ship is still mine. The toolchain is Claude Code plus the MCP servers I wire into the tools I actually use - that's how it gets done.

I prefer projects with a short brief and a high bar. I read carefully, push back when something is wrong, and write code the next developer can change without rereading mine. Most useful in the first 90 days of a product, when scope is still negotiable.

    • Wrote plans and architectures for both, made calls from analytics and past experience, and documented decisions and process in the team knowledge base.
    • Built the team's AI workflows and AI projects: orchestration on n8n (with a move to Temporal planned), custom MCP servers for the internal products, and OpenAI / OpenRouter behind them with the model chosen per task - we tracked which model led which domain, content generation and the rest, and switched when the leader changed.

    • Onboarded 2 developers and mentored 5-6 newcomers; often stepped into the PM seat - dailies, retros, and sprint analysis - and translated stakeholder and PM needs into technical language.

Shipped three scenarios on one scenario-blind engine - how many rabbits raid a farm (Poisson evidence), which of the foxes is the poacher (log-odds nomogram), how many bugs are left (capture-recapture) - with a zero-dependency Bayesian core where every number on screen is derived, never hardcoded. Editable records with live validation, a posterior chart, leave-one-out attribution bars ('remove this observation and 2,8 becomes 3,3'), permalinks, a change journal that spells out every edit, JSON export with preview, a scripted 40-second tour on its own page, and an in-app AI worklog documenting rejected AI suggestions with measured evidence. Then made it genuinely usable - a real responsive pass with a mobile bottom-bar, fluid type scaling and per-breakpoint Swiper carousels, plus an accessibility floor - and built it out from one screen into a working multi-page app: catalog, live search, TV channels, favorites (localStorage), account, a movie detail page and a custom video player streaming real CC-licensed films. What is the stack?

TypeScript end-to-end. Vue, Nuxt, Next.js, React, Astro on the front; Node, Nest, Hono on the back; Postgres and Redis for state; Kafka and RabbitMQ between services; Docker, Cloudflare, and GitHub Actions in delivery.

Do you handle deploys and infra?

Yes. This site is the proof: built by GitHub Actions, shipped to a Hetzner box I run, served by Caddy. Product APIs run in Docker with auth, rate limiting, and job queues. Managed platforms like Cloudflare when they fit better.

Where do you fit best?

Greenfield products where the stack is still negotiable, or mid-project work that needs an unblocking refactor. Less interesting: untyped JavaScript-only codebases and rewrites without a product owner.
